Less than 10 days remain before we kick off Tri-Cen XX! To help you make final preparations for your trip to Philly, we have included some new links with more detailed information about the run and things you’ll need to know:

Now that the host hotel and other venues are in order, we are finally able to provide a preliminary schedule of events for Tri-Cen XX! We will continue to update the schedule as more details are confirmed, but we wanted to get something out to help attendees start planning. The schedule is accessible from the “General Event Information” section of the registration website, or you can access it directly here:

Quick update on the Tri-Cen/Marriott situation:
The Marriott has acknowledged our cancelation and has voided our contract without further penalty; for that, we are grateful.
I have already sent an email to the currently registered attendees, but in case you are among that number and didn’t see it yet, guests will need to call in and cancel their reservations individually–their number is (215) 625-2900.
Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours before the beginning of the first night’s stay (4pm, Dec 29) without incurring a charge; after that, one night’s stay will be charged.
If you feel at all able, please take the time to express your opinions about Marriott’s practices when you call; they should be made to hear each and every one of our individual voices.
We are already on the hunt for a new host hotel; a number of RFPs have already been submitted as of this morning. In the meantime, we have temporarily suspended new registrations until we have another hotel locked in. We will keep everyone apprised of our progress and report back immediately when registration is online again.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to quickly resolve this matter and get back on track for an amazing New Year’s celebration!

Philadelphians MC
Due to recent revelations about the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown’s decision to host the annual convention of the national extremist hate group “Moms for Liberty” the Philadelphians MC has severed ties with Marriott and will not be using them to host Tri-Cen XX or future events. The Philadelphians MC’s official statement can be found at this link. New registrations have been temporarily suspended as the Philadelphians MC work to secure a new host hotel for the event. Please stay tuned for more details as the situation develops.

The Philadelphians MC’s signature club run is finally returning in its true, original form–an irreverently debaucherous and outrageously fun New Year’s party!
And the timing couldn’t be more perfect — as the 50th Anniversary of the Philadelphians MC is fast approaching in 2024, Tri-Cen XX will officially be themed “Celebrating the Golden Age of Inappropriate Public Behavior”!
So make plans to join us next year for a weekend-long Philadelphians-style celebration of brotherly love as we ring in 2024 and revel in the past 50 years of our illustrious (and notorious) history!
